2017 - Dylan began locally wholesaling single-family homes in Washington State.
2018 - Built a team in St. Louis, Missouri, and scaled a fully virtual wholesaling operation, closing numerous cash & creative finance deals.
2019 - By God’s grace, acquired his first mobile home park in Mascoutah, Illinois.
2020 - Expanded by acquiring 2 additional MHPs adjacent to the original park.
2021 - Rapidly scaled, acquiring 7 more parks across Texas, Minnesota, and Ohio.
2022 - Added 2 more MHPs and RV parks in Texas to the portfolio.
Since that first acquisition, Dylan has owned and operated over 680 total lots across the U.S.
Today, we’ve shifted our focus from ownership to empowering other investors through escrow-protected lending.
We help active real estate investors scale their transaction volume—without using any of their own money.
