Aaron is a Jesus-following husband and real estate professional with a background in physical therapy and a deep passion for helping others thrive.
Originally from small-town Arkansas and now based in Arizona, he’s a laid-back yet driven leader who values honesty, growth, and stewardship.
After years traveling the country as a PTA, he transitioned into real estate and has been all in ever since.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys duck hunting, hiking, golfing, and spending time in nature with worship music playing.

Originally from a close-knit family in Sacramento, Carl’s interests include travel, snowboarding, and exploring the intersection of philosophy and enterprise.

Married to her military husband Austin, she’s a proud mom to their adventurous son Porter and their chocolate lab, Forest.

Daniel is a driven connector & deal maker who brings sharp creative instincts and extreme ownership to Relational Capital.
With a background in marketing, commercial & SFR real estate, and media production, he knows how to display trust and credibility across each endeavor. He played a key role in launching Wichita’s first Charity Fight Night and was named Pitcher of the Year in college.
Daniel’s life revolves around God, his wife, and their newborn son, and he leads with the conviction to serve and protect what matters most.
Outside of work, you'll find him spending time with family, training Muay Thai, hiking, fishing, or other outdoor activities.

How It Works
Every time we close a deal, the team member leading that transaction decides where 10% of the total deal is donated. The other 30% is given to Kingdom minded organizations selected by Relational Capital.
Generosity means more when it reflects the personal passions, life experiences, and convictions of our team; it becomes their story, too.
