Our Story

Relational Capital was founded on a simple principle: real estate investors deserve lending partners who understand their business, move fast, and treat them fairly.

After years of wholesaling, building teams, and owning multiple mobile home parks across the country, we realized that the biggest constraint for active investors isn't deals—it's access to capital. We decided to change that.

Today, Relational Capital provides flexible, escrow-protected lending for fix & flips, bridge loans, DSCR loans, transactional funding, ground-up construction, and business credit. We're committed to helping investors scale their transaction volume without using their own money.

Dylan Stewart

Founder & CEO

Dylan began his real estate journey in 2017 wholesaling single family homes in Washington State. By 2018, he had built and scaled a fully virtual wholesaling operation out of St. Louis, closing a high volume of cash and creative finance transactions. In 2019, by God's grace, Dylan acquired his first mobile home park in Mascoutah, Illinois. Over the next several years, he rapidly expanded his portfolio, acquiring properties across Texas, Minnesota, and Ohio....

Aaron Hamby

Capital Advisor

Aaron is a Jesus-following husband and real estate professional with a background in physical therapy and a deep passion for helping others thrive. Originally from small-town Arkansas and now based in Arizona, he's a laid-back yet driven leader who values honesty, growth, and stewardship. After years traveling the country as a PTA, he transitioned into real estate and has been all in ever since. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys duck hunting, hiking, golfing, and spending time in nature with worship music playing. Located: Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Fumie is a creative investor with a background in gemology and two decades of experience in the jewelry industry. After transitioning into financial services and real estate in 2020, she found her passion in building value through relationships and long term strategy. She thrives on collaboration, staying active, and approaching every opportunity with curiosity and heart. Whether dancing salsa or structuring deals, Fumie lives by the belief that there are no failures, only lessons. Located: Santa Monica, California.

Daniel is a driven connector & deal maker who brings sharp creative instincts and extreme ownership to Relational Capital. With a background in marketing, commercial & SFR real estate, and media production, he knows how to display trust and credibility across each endeavor. He played a key role in launching Wichita's first Charity Fight Night and was named Pitcher of the Year in college. Daniel's life revolves around God, his wife, and their newborn son, and he leads with the conviction to serve and protect what matters most. Outside of work, you'll find him spending time with family, training Muay Thai, hiking, fishing, or other outdoor activities....
